The beautiful decor and welcoming staff could not overshadow the restaurant's limited hours. After arriving on a Monday, we faced closed dining options nearby. While the hotel offered kindly suggestions, we ended up dining 30 minutes away. Breakfast was delightful, yet I wish we could've enjoyed the gastronomic experience promised. Plan ahead if dining matters!

Our experience was ruined by terrible service. There were hardly any staff available, making it difficult to get assistance. To top it off, the restaurant was closed during our stay without any prior notice. We drove a long way expecting to enjoy a meal at the hotel, but had to make do with far-off alternatives.

The Deluxe Double Room we stayed in was amazing! The bed was super comfy, probably the best I’ve slept in during my travels. The decor was really charming, keeping that antique vibe which I loved. The bathroom was spacious with a luxurious bathtub. Everything felt high-end and cozy. The room had a great view, too! Honestly, not much to complain about. Just wish we could’ve used the restaurant on-site.

The historic architecture and beautiful decor enveloped us with charm. the luxurious bathroom was a delight. we loved soaking in the huge tub after a day of exploring! A big shoutout to the cozy fireplace that made the ambiance even more intimate and warm.

My stay in a standard double room was fantastic, as the hotel is just a short stroll from the breathtaking prehistoric site of Lascaux and the charming grounds of the Chateau de Coulonges, allowing for leisurely walks filled with history and beauty. the staff were exceptionally attentive, making me feel right at home throughout my time here.
